Simply set your source language and your target language and the Albanian — English Multimedia Phrasebook will provide you a natural translation of the phrases and words selected by our team of language experts. Select phrases from scroll down menus and your written and spoken phrases will appear immediately. All translations come with sound files of the selection recorded in a professional studio and read by native speakers and provided in native script.
The Albanian — English Multimedia Phrasebook is a native app and does not require cellular service or a Wi-Fi or internet connection, therefore you can save roaming charges and it will work in even the most remote location. We do not use online translation or other commercially-available web-based translation services. Instead our team of native-speaker developers has rendered the phrases and items into Albanian and English exactly as they are used in these languages today. We do not use voice synthesizers, but only real voices as spoken by real humans!

Great application that makes me feel at home during my trips to Kosovo and Albania. Great choice of phrases, easy user interface enabling me to let my hosts "speak" to me using the application for Albanian - English - as I am using it for English - Albanian. The translation is great and the spoken Albanian is perfect. Amazing price for such quality!
I just found out Ill be spending 2 years in Albania and I dont know a thing about Albanian. This app is awesome because it gives you lots of phrases and words that could be useful! only thing I might add would be to have the alphabet and just something were you could write something in English(or Albanian) and it converts it to the opposite language. Wouldnt have to have someone speaking it but it would be nice to have at least that.
Please update for new compatibility. Will rate 5 stars once I can use this app again. Thanks :)
So far, I love this app. I just arrived in Albania a few hours ago and downloaded this on my way to the border. Easy to use and I love that you can listen to and read the words. Wish there was a dictionary with it as well. The only reason for my only giving it 4 stars!
This is great for all English speakers in Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia. The app is easy to download and the phrases are very useful. It uses real voices of real people so no phony computer voices on this app. Also you dont need WIFI or a phone connection to use (all phrases download at set up). BUY IT before you go!
Some bad moments
not really useful for me as a bloody newbie knowing nothing about Albanian language.
The user interface needs to be improved.
When I guess the translation for an albanian phrase, it shows me which of the multiple choice answers is correct - but only for 1-2 seconds, then the window flips over to the next phrase! Almost impossible to see and recognize the answer. (iPad 4)
Also it is not possible to go back to the answer.
If this gets fixed, the I could give more stars. At the moment its a waste of my money :(
This app doesnt even work . It brings you to a download page and thats it .. Waste of money and time
Thus app has yet to even work!!! Paid for it only to not even load without going back to my phones home page... Its not worth the time, space on your phone or money!!!!
The idea behind the app is great, it just doesnt work. I open the app and it says it is downloading....then the app shuts down. I have repeated this several time without being able to use the app. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND EFFORT; you will only get frustrated.
